1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using any services provided by Normi AI ("NormiAI", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
NormiAI is registered under Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-HR-05-0188883. Registered office: S-373, Uppal Southend, Sector 49, Gurgaon – 122018, India.
2. Description of Services
NormiAI provides AI automation systems including but not limited to: AI voice agents, workflow automation, WhatsApp chatbots, appointment scheduling integrations, SMS/email communication systems, and custom AI-powered software for healthcare and other industries.
Services are provided under separate service agreements or proposals agreed upon between NormiAI and the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful authority to process any patient or customer data handled through our platform.
- You must comply with applicable data protection laws (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in India) when collecting and sharing personal data with our systems.
- You must keep your dashboard login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
- You must not use our services for unlawful purposes or to transmit spam, fraudulent, or misleading communications.
4. Payment Terms
Fees are as agreed in your service proposal. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Non-payment may result in suspension of services after reasonable notice. Payments processed via Stripe are subject to Stripe's own terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, systems, and AI models built or used by NormiAI remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Client data and content remain the property of the client.
6. Limitation of Liability
NormiAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability, as we depend on third-party infrastructure providers (including Twilio, Meta, Cal.com, and Supabase).
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. NormiAI reserves the right to immediately suspend services in the event of non-payment, misuse, or breach of these terms. Upon termination, client data will be made available for export for 30 days, after which it will be deleted.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon (Gurugram), Haryana.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
